WORKSHOP: Improving Personal Effectiveness to achieve peak performance

Personal effectiveness is for those who wish to enhance their focus and productivity on a daily basis. The program identifies factors that may be hindering self-mastery and inspires people to move from tired tactics to energizing vision, with the power of personal vision and storytelling.

What is it?

This is a workshop that enables you to identify levers for change in your daily routine. A lever of change is an aspect of your routine that affects the quality of your output. For example, the amount of time you spend on focused work without distractions affects the end outcome of your work. Do you manage distractions from colleagues and superiors well? Do you deflect less priority distractions and find a way to integrate ‘strategic’ distractions?

How is it different from other PE workshops?

Unlike other workshops that focus on strategies and tactics, this workshop gets to the heart of the problem: identifying the disabling ‘story’ in your head that is keeping you from higher levels of personal effectiveness.

WORKSHOP: Developing Leadership Gravitas

Talent, self-confidence, grit, conviction and courage are important traits to be successful. But is that it? Do you have what it takes to get the top job?  Does your leadership have gravitas?

What’s gravitas? It is a very heavy word which literally means ‘weight’ in Latin.  What does gravitas look like in the leadership context? How can one develop this critical factor in leadership?

Gravitas, put in simple terms means the ability to influence.

This workshop on ‘developing leadership gravitas’ is for those who wish to improve the quality and the sphere of their influence at work, in relationships and in the wider community in which they operate.

What is it?

This is a workshop that enables you to improve your capabilities as a leader:  Improve on your communication skills, improve on your executive presence, be in at work or elsewhere, engage well with others and influence, be seen at the leader and be a role model in the firm.

How is it different from other Leadership workshops?

All of us have the potential to be leaders. But if you judge a fish by its ability to lead a group of birds, it will not feel like a leader. You need to enable the fish to understand who it is first and what its story is. Only when they know their personal story, can people do better and create lasting change in the world.
